As a Synopsys Workforce Development Partner, VLSI EXPERT has delivered EDA tool training to government research organizations through the Synopsys ecosystem — most notably DRDO and SAC.

Puneet Mittal has been engaged directly as an external trainer by government and defence institutions — delivering one-semester programs in VLSI design at organizations like DIAT.

Note on approach

VLSI EXPERT's government training work has been delivered either through established channels (Synopsys WDP, CDAC C2S) or as individual expert engagements — not as a direct government contractor. This is an honest description of the nature of these programs, and the framing we use consistently.

The Government of India's semiconductor push — through the India Semiconductor Mission, the C2S program, and defence modernization — is creating real demand for engineers who can work with professional EDA tools. VLSI EXPERT's position as a Synopsys Workforce Development Partner makes us one of the very few training organizations in India capable of delivering that training credibly, with access to the actual tools these engineers will use on the job.
