Geography should not decide who gets a VLSI career.

Not everyone can relocate to Noida, Mysuru or Bangalore. Some students are in cities where no serious VLSI training exists. Some are working professionals who cannot attend offline classes. Some are outside India entirely — in the UAE, the US, Europe — and want to transition into semiconductor design.
