Good Resume

There are different levels as part of the Interview process and you have to prepare yourself and your profile to qualify for those levels. So, all the things should be well structured in such a way that they can extract the information as per their convenience/requirement. If I have less time and don’t want to go into the details of the project, even then I should be able to follow your resume and if I am interested in your profile and want to know the details then also I should figure out without setting any phone-screening or face to face screening.

Screening Process

  • First Level: By HR of company/ Consultancy firm.
  • Second Level: By Technical manager
  • Third Level: Telephonic screening.

Interview process-

  • First Level: Few rounds of Telephonic Interviews
  • Second Level: Few rounds of Face-to-face Interviews.
  • Third Level: Salary/Compensation/Package Discussion with HR

Hiring Process-

  • First Level: Internal discussion between all the interviewers and they rate the candidate as per their point of view. They have to justify the reason for their rating also.
  • Second level: Discussion between technical manager and HR team in terms of technical feedback, compensation/package, experience, and comparison between different candidates
  • Third Level: Once a candidate is decided, release the offer to the candidate, and then if the candidate accepts then close the position else restart the whole process from the beginning.
